Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the Netherlands in Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Withdraw

The easiest way is to use our withdrawal form. It takes two steps: you enter your details, then you confirm. No account or login is needed, and the form is available for the whole 14-day period.

You can also email us at info@jiritsuflavours.nl, or use any other clear statement, with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A statement that you wish to withdraw from the order

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the date and time we received your withdrawal.

Returning Your Order

Please return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us, to:

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Your Refund

We will refund you, including standard delivery costs, to your original payment method. By law this happens within 14 days; in practice we aim to refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
