Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from the Netherlands with PostNL.

Order processing

Orders placed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are dispatched as soon as possible.

Once your order has been handed to PostNL, the delivery time depends on the destination and PostNL’s delivery schedule.

Shipping rates and delivery options

The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. These depend on the delivery address and the contents of your order.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace email after your order has been dispatched. It may take some time before the tracking information becomes active.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur at PostNL or during busy periods. Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or has not arrived, please contact us at info@jiritsuflavours.nl. Include your name and order number so we can investigate the shipment with PostNL.
