The first number is the amount of concentrate supplied; the second is the bottle capacity. All four options contain concentrate.

Use and storage
Use according to the product label and the instructions for your food application. The amount required depends on the recipe and the final batch size. Do not consume the concentrate directly. Keep the bottle closed, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Propylene glycol is the food-grade carrier the flavour sits in — most of the concentrate (80–90%), with no ethanol, so it's alcohol-free. The remaining 10–20% is the flavour itself: the cooling agent and the characterising aroma blend that give it its taste and character. The compounds above with CAS numbers are the principal ones declared on the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
